Your privacy is important to us and we take steps to ensure that information you provide, via our website, is secure. When you see the locked padlock icon in the address bar of your browser window, the site is secured through Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). We always use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving your personal information. Customer credit card information is never stored in our databases.

We do not use cookies to store any of your personal or financial information. Your browsing data is used only for improving our website and overall shopping experience. We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement and gather broad demographic information. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

If you have elected to sign up for and receive promotional emails or texts, you will receive periodic messages about new products, special promotions, and events. You may choose to opt out of these at any time. We do not sell or share any of your personal information to any third-parties.

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free shipping or delivery on purchases of regular priced items/transactions over $100, to one address within the contiguous (lower 48) United States. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Canada, AK, and HI. We ship via UPS Ground, and UPS SurePost and do our best to ship items out as quickly as possible. Orders normally ship within 1-3 business days from the day the order is placed. Orders under $100 delivering to one address within the contiguous, lower 48 United States will be charged a flat rate of $10.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Merchandise may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days as long as it is in an unworn/unused condition. Returns and exchanges can be processed immediately for free in store. 

If returning by post, shipping cost is non-refundable. Please return with a receipt or packing slip in the original packaging along with a reason for the return/exchange, and a daytime phone number where we may contact you if necessary. Return to us via UPS, FedEx, or US priority Mail to the address below. Please retain your package tracking information. Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment.

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved we will notify you that we have processed your returned item, and applied a credit to the original form of payment. Please include a daytime phone number with your return. Please allow one week for processing. Note that your credit card company may take up to 10 business days to post a credit to your account.
